Banana Bread was so amazing that I decided to play a bit with recipe and make something similar but bit different. I made the same base but just added few things like bit of chocolate milk, raisins, almond extract. You can play with this as much you want, really. Recipe is so easy that you can be creative with everything you like. On the top I put dried bananas and raisins, so taste of them, baked, was great. So not really much changed, here is the updated recipe for Banana Buns. Make yours and let me know what you think!
Preheat oven to 180C degrees. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. In a other bowl mix oil, sugar/vanilla. Mix all ingredients together. Mash bananas and mix it into all ingredients. Pour it in well greased with coconut oil silicon molds - I used hear shape.. Bake about 50 min to an 1h. Use toothpick in the center of one of bun if it comes out clean it's about ready. Remove from oven and let cool for 20 min.
