There is nothing better than simple and easy recipe to make during the day when you are busy and have no time for cooking! Really quick and easy lunch idea. ✓1 can of chickpeas ✓1/3 cup pasta ( or more as you prefer) ✓1 tbsp Curry Powder ✓1 teaspoon Garlic Powder ✓pinch of Salt & Pepper On the Side : ✓Hummus ✓Raw Carrot ✓Raw Celery Cook your pasta as advised on the pack and set aside. Follow the instructions from the can of your chickpeas. Mine was ready after 6-8 minutes after cooking in pan ( do not bring to boil ). Add curry, garlic, salt and paper. Mix with pasta. Serve warm or cold. Enjoy. |
