Ingredients :
1-1,5 cup of shredded coconut
0,5 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
3-4 spoons of Coconut milk from the can
3/4 a cup Melted Coconut oil
Few spoons of agave syrup to taste
3 spoons Dried Cranberries
Shredded coconut put into food processor and process it for about 5-10 minutes to make it more soft. Then add vanilla, milk, coconut oil and agave and process it for few seconds more to combine all ingredients. The consistency should be sticky enough to be able to shape balls. Add more milk if needed and agave syrup as sweet you like. After all add cranberries. You can just mix it with a spoon to get effect from picture on the left, or process bit more to make smaller pieces of cranberries pic on the right. leave in freezer for 30 mins - 1 hour. Enjoy :)
