Creamy Avocado Sauce
1 avocado
¼ - ½ lemon
2 tablespoons water
1 tsp minced garlic
vegan pesto 3 tea spoons
(I didn't make Vegan Pesto this one this time, I got it in healthy shop)
Tomato sauce : tomato concentrate plus water and herbs

INSTRUCTIONS
Add all of the ingredients for the meatballs in a food processor or blender, blend until everything sticks together well enough that you will be happy with consistency. It can be smooth or crumbly....
Roll mixture into balls. Coat in breadcrumbs, fry until golden brown on each side.
Add all of the ingredients for the creamy avocado sauce in a food processor or blender, blend until you get a smooth uniform consistency.
Cook your favorite vegan pasta, add some pesto and basil. EAT IT WITH LOVE <3
