This is 3 in one amazing recipe. You can use it as dip / soft cheese or ad some water or non diary milk and make sour cream. I made Mint taste so was fresh and nice, perfect for my fries or potatoes. You will need : Tofu ( used 380 g) 1/4 cashews 1 small onion olive oil 5 tbsp lemon juice salt, paper, herbs or/and mint Soak cashews for 2 -3 hours. Place tofu in paper towel, put something heavy on the top to drain water, it will take about 20 minutes ( I am pressing gently and changing towels every 10 minutes to get rid of more water). Saute onion to get it nice brown. Combine all ingredients in bowl and use hand blender to get smooth mixture. Ad chopped mint on the top or mix it in. Salt and pepper to your taste. As previously mentioned ad some non diary milk to make sour cream. Enjoy :) |
