So this kind of dinner ( or lunch ) is happening when I have not much in my kitchen but still want to eat something nice, creative and tasty. And take photos of it of course. This is 4 ingredients only zucchini, but you can add what you like.
What I used was: 2 zucchinis Onion Mushrooms Baby Tomatoes Pinch Salt & Herbs Preheat over to 200 C. Wash properly and hollow the zucchini out with a knife or spoon. Fry* mushrooms and onion and other ingredients you like, but no tomatoes. Add salt and herbs Leave zucchinis in oven for 15-20 minutes - take them out once you like the color. Then place fried ingredients on the top of zucchini and put back to oven for a while. Tomatoes put on the top after taking out from oven. They are ready to eat with knife and fork :). *You can use steamer instead of frying. ENJOY <3 |
