This is the easiest recipe for Beans Hummus. And it really taste good. I was making this hummus first time in my life, and decided to go not give oil at all and used just what I had in my kitchen.
I am going to upgrade this recipe soon, as I really, really want to play with it, many different types of hummus can be done from this one, so stay tuned for similar ideas.
All we need is :
Can of mixed beans
Salt/ pepper
herbs ( my fav basil, oregano, pinch of sweet paprika and garlic)
bit of fresh dill
just few drops of lemon juice
and food processor
Drain beans, Throw all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth. All will take about 5 minutes to make and 2 minutes to cool down. I do recommend to put in to the fridge for about 20 minutes but this is just my personal choice as I like it to be more cool. You can serve it with a side veggies or our amazing Heart FlatBread ! :)
