I made this roast / pate for Christmas and that was great idea, because is very easy to make and taste so delicious!!
Cook millet as is suggested on a pack. Clean the mushrooms, cut into slices and fry in oil until golden brown, than peel, cut and fry onion ( separate ). Preheat oven to 180C. Wash, peel and cook carrots.

Spread patte very carefully and put into hot oven to 180 degrees, bake about 45-55 minutes. If the top dries out too much, cover with paper. Let it cool for few hours.
