If you ever have this feeling like you want something different on your sandwich, that is great idea! I am really love in all those pate's and spreads! Another great vegan idea for a lunch or just a snack. Yum Yum!
What you need is :
Cook your millet as suggested on a pack, cook your rice separately. Leave all a side.
Wash and peel root parsley, root celery and carrot. Cook it over medium heat until soft ( check with fork ).
Chop onion and fry until golden, leave in a small bowl aside. Then simmer ( covered ) red pepper and mushrooms until peppers are become soft.
When all of above are ready take your food processor and process only peppers with mushrooms to get smoother texture. All the rest of ingredients and herbs mix in a bowl and combine all together. Voila! I suggest to leave it in a fridge for about 30 minutes just to have it more cool. Enjoy! :)
